The probiotics in Active Forever Probiotic are derived from Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium.

 - Lactobacillus Acidophilus: promotes good bacteria in the gut, stimulate natural defenses against infections and helps to fight against the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria.

- Bifidobacterium longum: eliminates the bad bacteria to help reduce gastrointestinal disorders.

- Bifidobacterium lactis: helps to reduce the pH of the digestive tract and inhibit the growth of undesirable bacteria.

- Lactobacillus Rhamnosus helps protect the intestines to prevent unwanted to be settled microorganisms.

- Lactobacillus bulgaricus: helps keep the intestine healthy and balanced.

- Lactobacillus plantarum: preserve essential nutrients (vitamins and antioxidants) to combat undesirable substances in our foods. 

For probiotics to be effective, it is very important that they arrive alive in large numbers in the intestine. Or the stomach acid kills a large proportion (90%).
